Releese Product Updates | October 22

By Maxence Pepin
18 October, 2022

What's new on Releese?

This October, we've shipped out multiple updates that aimed to make the Releese experience a better one. We are already a community of over 250 people who have given valuable feedback and who have proposed many features we have implemented.

We have decided to adjust our pricing to reflect our ideology of empowering creators by lowering our royalty commissions on distribution, publishing and neighbouring rights on the Creator and Creator Pro plans, as well as giving access to Pre-save pages to Creator members. You can review the updated pricing here.

Announcing Releese Analytics

Marketing music is no easy task, especially when taking blind decisions as opposed to data driven ones.

We're making things easier with Releese Analytics, you can now keep track of your daily streams, shazams, playlist placements, chart placements and view who is creating social media content with your releases.

Our currently supported platforms are Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, YouTube, Tidal, Instagram, TikTok, Shazam, iTunes and SoundCloud.

Analytics are available in beta for all content distributed to Releese, simply open a distributed project, navigate to the analytics tab and all your data will be available for project owners and collaborators.

Project and team Folders

One of the most requested features this month was Folders and team-wide file management as opposed to just projects. We've heard you loud and clear and are pleased to announce that Folders and team-wide files are generally available! You can now create, edit and open folders from your Releese dashboard.

Marketing Cloud Integrations & Custom Domains

Advertising music in an increasingly ad-blocked world is becoming a challenge, modern browsers make it difficult to implement tracking pixels online. We are providing a new solution to tackle this with server-side events.

You can now connect your domain to Releese and use it for all your landing pages. You can also connect your TikTok Events API and Facebook Conversions API credentials to Releese. Simply add your credentials, test an event and your landing pages will now track events server-side, preventing ad-blockers from hiding users.

You can read more about this integration in our Trap City case study.
